About Us

The Playhouse Daycare is ...

An in-home daycare providing fun, educational childcare.  We believe in providing quality care at a reasonable rate.  We believe that children learn best while having fun!  Our daily schedule is structured to allow for free play so that the children can use their own imagination and creativity.  

Due to the small number of children we keep we are able to give each child quality, one-on-one attention.

 We also believe that parental involvement makes us a better daycare.  Communication between the parents and the daycare workers helps ensure we are all "on the same page".  To help maintain good communication, each month children will be given a monthly newsletter and lunch menu.  During enrollment, each parent is also given a list of events for the upcoming year.  

 

Although we have an "open door" policy, we do request perspective parents call and set up a first visit appointment. During this first visit you will be given an enrollment packet, a tour of the facility and a chance to ask any questions you may have while your child gets aquainted with the other children.  The first visit generally lasts around 30 minutes.
